Questions About Demolition or Hauling? Ask Away.

These are the questions Tampa Bay property owners ask us most: what we handle, what things cost, what happens to the debris, and how to get started. Don't see yours? Call and ask.

What areas do you serve?
We cover Tampa Bay from our base in the Citrus Park area of Tampa: Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties. That includes St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Largo, Wesley Chapel, Palm Harbor, Land O' Lakes, Lutz, and Plant City. If you are not sure you are in range, call and ask.
What services do you offer?
Demolition and site work, start to finish. We tear down houses, garages, and old structures, clear lots, dig excavations, grade land, build pads, install french drains, and deliver fill dirt. Our own dump trucks haul the debris off. One company takes the lot from standing structure to build-ready ground.
Who will actually be on my job?
CSD is a family business run by two brothers, Daniel and Pedro Gonzalez. Daniel works the job sites himself, and some days he is the one driving the dump truck. The people who price your job are the people who run it. You get one point of contact from estimate to cleanup.
How much will my job cost?
Every job gets priced in person, free. The number comes from the size of the work, the debris weight, the access, and the hauling. A quote over the phone would be a guess, so we come look instead. Call (813) 453-5883 and we will set a time.
Do you own your equipment and trucks?
Yes. We run our own excavators, skid steers, a wheel loader, a backhoe, and our own dump trucks under USDOT 3805736. The machine that does the work and the truck that hauls the debris both belong to us. That keeps the schedule in our hands instead of a rental yard's.
Do you handle the demolition permit?
We handle the permit process with you. Demolition permits run through the city or county building department where the property sits, and the owner signs the application. We put the package together, line up the utility disconnects, and schedule the work once the permit is in hand.
How fast can you get out to look at a job?
Usually within a few days. We answer Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, and estimates are free. Tell us the address and what needs to come down, come out, or get filled when you call. We will give you a real date for the site visit.
