Construction Site Development is run by two brothers, Daniel and Pedro Gonzalez. Construction runs in the family, and CSD carries that work forward. The LLC was formed in 2018 in the Citrus Park area of Tampa, and the company has grown on the same simple setup since: our own machines, our own dump trucks, and the owners on the job. Daniel is out on sites most days, and some days he is the one driving the truck.
The work covers the whole life of a lot. Houses and old structures come down, overgrown ground gets cleared, pads get cut and compacted, drainage gets fixed, and fill dirt arrives on our own trucks. Most jobs sit on residential lots across Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties, often with an occupied house on each side. The machines are sized for those lots, and the debris leaves as the work goes.
We run as a registered motor carrier, USDOT 3805736, so the hauling stays in house from the first load to the last.
